To VRA,

On Sunday, my daughter & I had the pleasure of surprising her 2 sons - my grandsons - ages 5 & 3 1/2 with a ride on the Santa train from the Glen Rock station. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for a very pleasant & fun afternoon.

The boys (and we) had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the trip. Santa was an added surprise for them. "Santa" was great - none of the over-the-top "ho-ho-ho's" - just talking to the kids and showing interest. Everyone on the staff, from the platform workers to all those on the train were helpful, courteous and seemed to be truly enjoying themselves.

The event was very well-organized and enjoyable. Obviously much time & effort goes into the planning and it shows. We look forward to doing it again next year.
